The main focus of DFSC is to make a better athlete...not just someone who may be good at his/her sport.   The programs at DFSC will make stronger movements and enhance performance, whether your performance is  running fast or scoring goals! You will be guided through proper movement patterns and through different aspects of agility, strength, stability, balance, coordination and power.  Your programs will be designed to meet your needs and follow your requirements, whether you are in-season or in the off-season.  Injuries, practice schedule and rest will all be taken into consideration.  As an athlete you want to get stong and fast during the off-season and have a good maintainence program for in-season, all while working to stay injury free.
