Driving Force Sports Performance was started by Scott Paul, who received his Bachelor's of Sport Management from Brock University in 2003, went on to becoming a professional boxer and is working on completing his Master's of Science in Human Movement from A.T. Still University.  A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist  through the NSCA and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM, Scott has worked with many top level athletes, including players from the Toronto Rock, Buffalo Bandits and Rochester Knighthawks of the National Lacrosse League.  Scott has also worked with many teams, including work as the former strength and conditioning coach for the Buffalo Bandits and Six Nations Cheifs, the strength and conditioning coach for the 2012 Creator's Cup champions Ohsweken Demons, the 2013 Creator's Cup champions Iroquois Ironmen and multiple AAA minor hockey teams in Niagara Falls.  The former professional boxer is a coach for Niagara Falls Boxing Club and a sprint coach at Niagara Regional Athleteics.  

The main focus of DF Sports Performance is to make a better athlete...not just someone who may be good at his/her sport.   The programs at DF Sports Performance will make stronger movements and enhance performance, whether your performance is  running fast or scoring goals! You will be guided through proper movement patterns and through different aspects of agility, strength, stability, balance, coordination and power.  Your programs will be designed to meet your needs and follow your requirements, whether you are in-season or in the off-season.  Injuries, practice schedule and rest will all be taken into consideration.  As an athlete you want to get stong and fast during the off-season and have a good maintainence program for in-season, all while working to stay injury free.
